Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Timex timepiece, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns for products in their original condition within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be unworn and include the original packaging and warranty documentation.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your watch in its original box with all accessories and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your return back to our fulfillment center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
